Self-adhesive floor tiles are an innovative floor covering material
made primarily of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and PE
(polyethylene). The product features a pre-applied high-performance
pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back, protected by a
release liner. Users simply peel off the liner and apply the tiles
directly to a smooth surface, enabling easy installation and
instant transformation. It is a quick and economical alternative to
traditional flooring.
2. Product Structure/Materials
The product is mainly divided into two structural types:
- Self-adhesive floor tiles with sponge (IXPE):
Structure: PET wear-resistant layer + IXPE sponge layer +
high-viscosity pressure-sensitive adhesive + release liner
Composition ratio (example): 15% PET + 30% IXPE + 10% adhesive +
15% PE + 30% release liner
- Single-layer self-adhesive floor tiles:
Structure: PET wear-resistant layer + high-viscosity
pressure-sensitive adhesive + release liner
Composition ratio (example): 15% PET + 15% PE + 10% adhesive + 60%
release liner

- Starting positioning: Peel off the release paper at the end,
align and fix
- Gradual pasting: Peel off the release paper while smoothing the
floor tile, removing air bubbles
- Final pressing: Press repeatedly to ensure complete adhesion
